Bending profiles and sheet metal
On our bending machines, with numerical control, we can bend pieces of sheet of various thicknesses and on various lengths, up to 3m.
Welding
We can offer you for MIG-MAG type welding resistance structures and for light structures that require fine welds, we offer you TIG-VIG type welds, or spot welding for thin sheet fabrics.
Turning services
The turning operations we offer you are performed on numerically controlled lathes, assisted by experienced operators.
Milling services
The milling machines we use are numerically controlled machines that can process parts with maximum dimensions: 700mmx500mm.
Flat grinding
The maximum dimensions of the parts that can be rectified flat are: 1000 mm x 300 mm.
Round grinding
The maximum dimensions of the round pipes are: D = 100 mm / L = 1000 mm.
Stamping and punching tools for metals
With the help of the stamping machine we can make small stampings ex: 100mm x 100 mm in sheets up to 3 mm. Over these dimensions, we use laser cutting machine.
Powder coating
The powder coating in the electrostatic field technology is a modern technology that ensures a durable coating, mechanical strength and a flawless appearance of the painted surfaces. The maximum dimension of the part that can be painted is 3000x1000x2000 mm.
